Site Development Final Touches - Cleanup, Testing and Erosion Control
At the Charles H. Hamilton Company we never leave a site unfinished or incomplete. Toward the end of a project, site development final touches-cleanup, testing and erosion control receive the same level of care and consideration as the beginning phases of site development. Our policy is that the final phase is just as important as the beginning phase of site development.
In the final phase of every site development project, we focus our attention on attending to the last details and leaving the site prepared for the next phase of production so that they can begin their job without having to tend to delays. We use GPS technologyto ensure grade integrity for large areas of job sites, so that an entire site - rather than portions of it - is ready for the next phase of construction.
We also perform code-mandated pressure and vacuum testing of sewer systems and manholes, as well as perform water purity testing. We also provide erosion control contractors so that a site is prepared for adverse weather conditions.
